Fear Releasing Workshops

Based around Birth Art these workshops help you to work through your fears surrounding childbirth and to discover your inner strengths, resources and instincts that you can use to help you achieve a positive birth.

These four hour workshop include meditation, breathing techniques, Birth Art, affirmations and creative techniques.


Birth Art is not about being able to draw or paint well but a meditative experience that helps you to discover and work through fears, feelings and emotions that surround pregnancy and birth.
